Service was good and friendly, the doughnuts were fresh and awesome but the price was a bit much for an assortment of 12 the cost was over $20.
I would love to be able to give them 5 stars, however I can only do 3. First, I would like to say that every time I've been there I have done wonderful, very great service and the food has been wonderful each time as well.
I honestly love DD. I like the people who work there. Upper management and no proper training is the problem! I said a year ago if DD didnt have proper training there will be issues. Here we are current and customers including myself can't receive a proper coffee or donut (s) with out it being messed up. Not just once or twice but multiple times! So you lose business, and people lose hours, so the prices keep changing??!?! It has changed 3-4 times since opening. Let people know that prices are rises or dropping before they order! Something needs to change..
My coffee was cold but the hot chocolate was hot, they were cleaning though
The reason I could not go 5 stars is because the very poorly designed parking area and building itself. There is one , only one, handicap parking space and it is blocked by the drive-through line. There is very limited amount of parking spaces in the entire lot, the lot and the curb are not designed for handicapped people, the doors are not handicapped operated and are heavy, I do not feel that this building or parking area was designed with handicapped people in mind! I enjoy their services, but personally I do not truly feel that they are up to ADA standards. I could be wrong about that, but as someone who is living with a disability, I see many changes that could and should take place.
Love stopping in during happy hour for a .99 iced tea or coffee. The staff is always friendly. They have .31 ice cream scoops on the 31st of the month. Very clean and it is a brand new store.
