I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. I felt horrible because she was no longer at work when they were delivered & I felt that I had made the job hard for them. I had received calls but wasn't allowed to answer since I was at work. They were still very kind & delivered them to my mother to make sure she got them on her Birthday. I also chose the random design for the florist to choose & was so happy with the outcome. They were beautiful! Thank you Bloom Box!!!

I recently got married and I went to the bloom box, Brenda was very nice and I explained to her that I wanted a white bouquet with one blue rose in the middle to symbolize my grandmother. She said that is very simple and she could do it no problem. This is the whole reason why I when to her because everyone else either charged way too much or just couldn't do the one blue rose in the middle. Come the wedding day, I see my bouquet and all of my white roses are tipped in blue! Yes they were still very pretty but it was not what I ordered. I try calling her and she never answered and so I left a voice mail and she has still never gotten back with me about the situation and it was almost two months ago! I just thought it was very unprofessional of her to not get with me considering she guaranteed me that she could do one simple blue rose in the middle of a white bouquet to symbolize my grandmother, instead they were ALL tipped in blue.
I came in here to order a wrist corsage for my son's date for Homecoming since I knew they did beautiful bridal bouquets and floral arrangements. I picked it up yesterday and paid 23$ for something that looks like my 80 year old grandmother would wear! It is hideous! When I called to tell them I was very unhappy with the corsage the lady on the phone told me there was nothing she could do because the lady who makes them had already left for the day and that was at 3pm. She stated that she would call the lady and let her know that I was unhappy and they might be able to make another one but doubted it. She also stated that she would call me back and let me know if that was possible here it is 915 the next morning and I haven't heard a thing. I ended up having to make a corsage myself for his date and it looks so much better than what the original one did!
