Horrible experience, waited 4 weeks for a ring to be resized and they just kept saying they were going to work on it that day, eventually gave up and took my ring elsewhere.

Was told they would call with the estimate. Hadn't heard anything almost three weeks later dropped in and was told they couldn't find the ring! I was not happy but she said maybe the jeweler had locked it in the safe and would ask him when he came in.

I took it to Fullers because I thought it was close by and and an actual jeweler. I wouldn't have to worry about it and they would know what they were doing. They have terrible service and are rude to their customers.

On December 12, 2014 I took my 25th anniversary ring in to have it resized, cleaned and prongs checked. This was the first time in 14 years I had taken it in to have it checked but after losing my husband the end of August 2014 I didn't want anything to happen with this ring.

Took my wife's diamond ring in to be resized, after 4 weeks we hadn't heard a thing so I called and was told that they put her ring in the "wrong bin". I said OK, things happen, asked them to get her ring done and they said they woulod. waited another week and heard nonthing so I again called them. The girl who answers their phone is rude, abrubt, and snotty. She tells me that it's "on Dan's bench and that he was planning to start it tonight". What a load...I told them I wanted the ring back and drove over to get it. Got there and the ring was still in the drawer under the cash register, it was most obvious that I was lied to about it being "started on tonight". I got the ring and the girl behind the counter was arrogant and rude..didn't even offer an apology for the mistake on their part. I will never do business with them again and I will be posting on a Veteran's website advising all local Vets not to do business there. Absolutly a horrible experience.

Called back after the first of the year and the lady laughed and said "Oh yeah we found it must have looked over it. He hasn't got to it yet. January 23rd went in again since had not heard from and the girl said "Oh I will make sure your ring is the first he will work on when he comes in" Okay still six days later no response even with an estimate.

Went in again today, ring now been in for six weeks. Same girl that I talked to last week was waiting on another customer. Once that person left she started to walk into another room and returned with an envelope containing my ring as she said "I suppose you are coming in for an estimate?" Real flippy about the whole thing. She said "Well he hasn't even got to it yet!" I told her "No I am coming in to get my ring you people have had it since December 12th and he hasn't even "got to it" yet? She didn't have an apology just stood there scribbling on the envelope my ring had been in.

Thought I would give a heads up if you are thinking of using them. I am sure my problem was not the only of it's kind in dealing with them.
