Cleanliness is something I always appreciate, the employees are always polite and sociable. Melissa and one other woman that works there (curly blonde hair, I forget her name) usually talk to my fiance and I about what game/movie we're renting which is pretty nice. Only complaint, which I know is part of the job and sales, is the push of candy. I feel like that's more directed towards kids, anyways, so it's not a big deal.
