I feel all your managers at Canton store need to be retrained st the Peru, iL store. Cruise HyVee has excellent customer service product selection and they make you feel like family every time you walk through that door and when you leave very very disappointed in canton's customer service their product lines I understand they're smaller store and they can't carry everything and I accepted that but I'm to the point I will drive the 3 hours to go to Peru's HyVee.
No thank you No have a nice day ... I did come to HyVee for the customers service, if I wanted to pack my own groceries I'd go to Aldis...
I have shopped at Hy-Vee in Canton for many years and have NEVER had a single complaint about the employees, the quality of products, or cleanliness of the store.
Great produce including the "ugly produce". Very helpful staff :)
Good food. Best salad bar anywhere. The staff is always friendly. They're trying too hard to appear high class.
I wanted cat litter. Their Hy-Vee brand scoopable unscented. I asked them if they had more and the guy I said he would check. The cashier checked me out and said have a nice day. I am thinking not getting any litter. He came walking back and I said do you have anymore? I haven't heard back. I told him nevermind. This is the second time this has happened. Great customer service. NOT!!!!!!!!

I have Multiple Sclerosis and I have even, frequently, received "above and beyond" Service and care from the employees and management. They have expanded their products to include organic items, specialty diet items, have a nutritionist on staff, and an AMAZING bakery department!!
I'm VERY disappointed in customer service!!! I was waiting in line with my one year old daughter to check out. The floor manager decided to take my cashier away to talk to her after I was waiting in line, mine you I was third customer waiting my line. The manger had the bagger take over. That was fine. BUT she did bag my grocery and then leaves the on the counter and process to check out the next customer... I had to put ALL of my groceries in my cart so I could leave the store
